The Gardens and Nursery are now CLOSED, we will reopen Spring 2025.

The Lime Walk

Developed at the top of the nursery the lime walk runs in a north-south line towards our old plum trees and into the nursery.

This is the one of the newest area of the gardens and focuses on blue and yellow borders that were first planted in 2008 with trained limes flanking the walkway.

The borders contain herbaceous plants such as aconitum delphiniums, nepetas geraniums in blues and lupins anthermis santolinas in yellows.

The walkway leads to a natural pond that is still under construction. Along from the pond are the feature gabions filled with different hard landscaping materials to form a retaining wall in-filled. Along with the natural pond this area is still under progress.
