The Gin Gan

The GinGan was constructed by Chris and Claire Dentice in 2005 it is based upon the traditional farm building also known as a wheel house or round house where horses used to provide power to the threshing barns. It’s a wood, stone and slate constructed hexagonal building nestled into the middle of the garden centre. When not in use for a wedding the GinGan is used as a self-service tea room and sits above the main pond area with lovely views over the valley.

The GinGan can comfortably seat 60 people for a ceremony. Chairs and a signing table will be provided but you can decorate the room in your own style.

Please note that the GinGan is part of the garden centre and while this part of the Gardens will be for your sole use, customers will have access to the rest of the gardens.
